THE STORY
                                THE PARIS AIRMAN
                          A MUSICAL IN TWO ACTS

It is 1939. DANIEL is a young American from a farming family in Kansas. MANON is the daughter of a wealthy and devout Jewish family in Paris. DANIEL and MANON fall in love in Paris as  World War Two approaches. Soon, DANIEL and MANON are torn apart by family disapproval and the bloody conflict that descends on Europe and the world, enveloping DANIEL and MANON in great tragedy.

Little do DANIEL and MANON know when they first meet, how profoundly their innocent lives will be transformed and ravaged by the terror of the German Occupation, MANON'S chilling life in the French Resistance, DANIEL'S daily dance with death flying bombing missions over France - betrayal, and the looming nightmare of a German concentration camp.

As a work of fiction, THE PARIS AIRMAN does not attempt to give a sweeping historical account of the war, but rather to reveal that dramatic period through DANIEL and MANON'S own story.
